Orleans Saint Denis De L'hotel Airport (LFOZ)

Aerodrome fairly accessible for the Paris area, quite deserted when I was there, so it was difficult to get assistance if needed (someone had closed the valve on the Jet A-1 pump).

Aerodrome used in the off-season; a bit intimidating at first for fear of arriving at an expensive field with complex procedures, but ultimately very accessible with fair fees.
Le Havre Octeville Airport (LFOH)

The aerodrome that has saved my life (operationally speaking) many times. Everything is available (100LL, Jet A-1), a huge apron, and staff who do their utmost to serve you.
Valenciennes Denain Airport (LFAV)

Fairly welcoming aerodrome, with well-designed code systems allowing self-service access/egress when the field is unattended. Hotels within walking distance nearby. The arrangements for transient aircraft parking are somewhat puzzling: the spots are marked only by a simple yellow dot, and whenever the AFIS officer is present they ask that the aircraft be parked rather in the corners of the apron so as not to obstruct passage.

Very well-equipped, pleasant airport with a good level of services; Total fuel card accepted.

Excellent airfield, clean, affordable, 35€ parking fee per night for 4T.
No problem to fly IFR or VFR.
Refueling and push back performed by the friendly local staff.
Restaurant available on the airfield (not tested).
App2drive cars available.
Only hint: nearest town (Siegen) is 30 min away.
Biscarrosse Parentis Airport (LFBS)

Welcoming airfield with varied activity (seaplane operations, flight school, aeroclubs), on-field restaurant by the runway, and hotels nearby. 100LL available self-service with Total card. Caution: surrounding military areas and local procedures (in particular the area at the end of the RWY 27 initial climb which, when active, prevents direct departures to the North...).
Libourne Artigues De Lussac Airport (LFDI)

Very nice small airfield, very good restaurant right by the taxiway, Avgas available on request from the operator. If you need parking, it’s best to call the operator; the number is on the VAC.
Valence Chabeuil Airport (LFLU)

The traffic pattern can be busy at times, with a mix of bizjets, light aircraft, military helicopters, and 2 flight schools on the field; AFIS on frequency for coordination. Very good ground services, runway access, 2 good restaurants at the runway end, taxi to the city railway station or to the out-of-town TGV station. Fuel available: JETA1 and 100LL, self-service or fuel truck, via Total card or CB.
Grenoble Alpes Isere Airport (LFLS)

Airport with scheduled commercial operations from November to March, which activates the PCZSAR and makes possession of a CIME card mandatory to access aircraft on the South Apron.
Auch Gers Airport (LFDH)

Landed on a public holiday, self-information in use. JET A-1 and 100LL available self-service, very good price. Light glider activity on the grass runway in season.
