Civil Airfield Libourne Artigues De Lussac (LFDI)

Libourne (LFDI) is a friendly, well-kept GA airfield about 30 minutes from Bordeaux, featuring an 1100m hard runway, air/air frequency only, and no tower. Circuit calls are recommended, especially due to RC and helicopter activity. Tie-down cables are available on the apron, with parking on both concrete and grass.

Landing and parking fees are described as moderate. Example: landing about €10, parking per night about €20. Payment is typically handled at the on-field restaurant or directly with staff when present.

100LL fuel is available but requires advance coordination (PPR) with the Chambre Commerce; cash payment may be necessary, and someone comes from Libourne to refuel. The on-field club does not have a fuel card. The restaurant "La Terrasse d'Eol" is present and well regarded for food and service.

No customs or immigration facilities are available at LFDI. The airfield is suitable for non-commercial GA operations and offers a relaxed environment in a scenic wine region. Procedures vary; see AIP/NOTAM.
