Civil Airfield Oberschleissheim (EDNX) PPR

Ground transport options include a 20–30 minute walk through wooded areas to the nearest bus stop or U-Bahn station ("Dülferstrasse" on U2), which lies within fare zone M; walking routes are unmarked. Taxis or ride-hailing services can be arranged directly from the airfield but may involve waiting times or limited availability.

The Deutsches Museum Flugwerft aviation collection is located adjacent to the field and easily reached on foot in about 10–20 minutes. Several hotels are within walking distance (e.g., Hotel Blauer Karpfen). Security advice includes locking parked aircraft and not leaving keys unattended due to open access.

Overall, EDNX offers friendly service, efficient handling, and excellent access to Munich and local attractions but operates under strict movement limits, requires careful circuit compliance, and charges above-average fees for its category.
