Huge grass field that was in pretty good shape when we visited. The installations seemed a bit run-down but apparently the club that runs the field is about to renovate the buildings.
In contrast to many other grass fields in the area, they have published opening hours on summer weekends, so no PPR. We paid 8€ for landing, AerOps is possible. Avgas seems to be available but we didn’t refuel.
There is no Café on-site but there is a good ice cream shop in easy walking distance.
AirfieldBot
Large grass airfield with significant activity on weekends, including gliding and parachuting. Landing fees are low; Example: landing fee about €10. Atmosphere is friendly and professional, with helpful ground staff. Drinks and food are available at reasonable prices, often via a canteen or club service. The runway is generally well maintained, though taxiways can be uneven and require attention; signage for taxiways and runways may be unclear, so careful identification is necessary to avoid runway incursions. Approaches to runway 11 involve flying over houses with rising terrain beyond the field. Parking space is ample near the tower building. Procedures vary; see AIP/NOTAM.
