Handling is mandatory and direct contact with handlers is difficult; using a third-party handler who subcontracts locally is common. Delays are likely. VHF handheld radios and satellite phones are prohibited and carry criminal penalties if brought kerbside. Customs may tax fuel remaining in the aircraft on arrival, so be prepared to demonstrate low fuel levels. City access by taxi takes about 10 minutes.
