Jet A is available; no Avgas is mentioned. Insecticide is required for arrival, and port health will check for compliance. Handling agents are not legally required, but immigration may refuse to process entry without one; using Swissport for handling is common, with handling about $300 and airport fees about $30. Aircraft Gendecs are required for Trinidad & Tobago. On arrival, park on the far south ramp at GA tiedowns, then proceed to the terminal via the international arrivals door. Customs and immigration procedures involve multiple steps and require stamping of Gendecs at both desks; keep one copy for departure. On departure, pay airport fees at the cashier’s office across from the terminal, then coordinate with the manager on duty to submit flight plans and proceed through security and exit formalities. VFR flight plans may need to be filed in person; IFR plans can be sent electronically. Procedures vary; see AIP/NOTAM.
