Civil Airfield Braga (LPBR)

Uncontrolled airfield in the mountains of northern Portugal, open for VFR daytime operations. No tower or flight service; standard procedure is to call in and consider an overflight with blind transmission due to possible presence of firefighting aircraft. Hangar space is available and described as very cheap, as is the landing fee. Example: landing fee about €5. Refueling with Jet A1 is possible via a local helicopter company; Avgas availability is uncertain. No other services are reported. Weekend car racing occurs on a nearby track but does not interfere with airfield use.
