AirfieldBot
PPR is required and handled in a friendly, welcoming manner, with helpful communication and guidance to parking by Follow-Me. The airfield is known for its very friendly atmosphere and club hospitality. Landing fees for aircraft up to 2 tonnes are about €15, with overnight parking about €5 per night. Accommodation in guest rooms is available. Superplus fuel is available on site. The runway surface on 11 can be wavy, causing most aircraft to bounce on landing; pilots are advised to relieve nosewheel pressure accordingly. Occasional rotor winds from the valley slopes may occur. A bus connects the airfield regularly with Leoben, and taxis are available; a taxi ride costs about €40.
