Military/Civil Airfield Saintes Thenac (LFXB) IFR

Civil operations use three large grass runways on the north side; the hard runway to the south is military and must not be used. Glider activity is frequent, with one parallel grass runway typically reserved for glider towing, but all traffic communicates on frequency. The airfield offers a shady camping area and dormitory-style accommodation at the aeroclub with kitchen and bar facilities.
