Etampes Mondesir Airport (LFOX)

Well-maintained airfield south of Paris with both a 700 m asphalt runway and a parallel 1,200 m grass runway. Airspace is busy, especially on weekends, due to numerous local flying clubs. Operations are managed with clearances similar to larger airports; French is used on the radio, but this does not generally cause issues. Fuel service is friendly and efficient, with alternative fueling available if the main pump is out of service. There is an on-field restaurant offering a varied menu. Example: landing fee may be waived for visitors.
