Security procedures are strict: crew and passengers must remain onboard until escorted by security for document and identity checks, including possible physical search. Passport control is mandatory on both arrival and departure, with access to and from the aircraft only permitted under escort; delays of up to 30 minutes for escort back to the aircraft are possible.

Self-service fuel is available via credit card (Mastercard or Visa only), with a transaction limit of €450 per use; AirTotal is not accepted. Refueling requires coordination with OPS and a security check after fueling. ATC is described as professional and flexible, managing mixed traffic with commercial jets efficiently.

Facilities include a cafeteria in the terminal, car hire availability, and an hourly shuttle bus to Beauvais centre or Porte Maillot in Paris. Taxis can be difficult to find at both the airport and Beauvais station; expect potential waits or the need to share rides. Parking for GA is on a separate apron, sometimes distant from the terminal.
