Mountain West Aviation - Very friendly people. Easy email communication before landing. Conveniently located to most nice hotels. They close early in low season, so watch the opening times. Recommended.

Description: A high density altitude airport, this is the best airport for your visit to Lake Tahoe. There's lots to do, between the mountains, boating, and golfing. The airport has a noise abatement procedure that keeps you clear of the higher population densities and higher terrain. Unfortunately, the Flight Deck Sports Bar & Grill which was located on the field has closed permanently. There is food within a short walk from the airport, but nothing directly on the field.
WiFi: WiFi is available in the terminal.
