Oulu Airport (EFOU)

EFOU offers a separate GA apron managed by AOPA Finland with 24/7 access via turnstile and phone, and invoicing is handled through a QR link submission. Self-service fuel is available, payable by credit card with PIN; EC cards may work in limited increments. The GA parking area is within 50 meters of the exit. The tower has variable opening hours, but VFR landings are permitted when it is closed. The airport provides excellent transport connections to the city. Customs presence is inconsistent; sometimes unavailable and no fee applies when absent. No [AIRCRAFT] for sale on site, but local parachute and helicopter operators may assist. Security procedures are relaxed.
