Grass runway in very good condition. No landing or parking fees. Friendly and helpful staff, with complimentary coffee and cake available. Approach to runway 31 involves a road just before the threshold, controlled by a signal light operated by the flight supervisor; turbulence possible due to surrounding woods, and rapid climb after takeoff on 31 is necessary to clear trees. Small club canteen on site.
